Elk jerky meat is very dark and coarsely grained, lean yet tender and always a best selling  jerky! The meat is slightly sweet due to their grass-fed diet, with a robust flavor.

  • Flavor – a hickory smoked jerky seasoned with a three pepper combo (black pepper, red pepper, cayenne pepper). The taste is similar to a beef roast, minimal game taste. Medium spicy.

Elk Jerky Spicy is made from hand-cut slices of whole muscle meat. Then it is marinated and seasoned with a cayenne pepper blend. Finally the meat is hickory smoked with no preservatives, no MSG, and no nitrites.
