Bison Jerky – Spicy
Bison meat tastes similar to beef, but rather coarsely textured and sweet. Seasoned with a red pepper spice. It is high in protein; low in cholesterol; and it has about half the calories and fat of beef.
- Flavor – a hickory smoked jerky seasoned with a three pepper combo (black pepper, red pepper, cayenne pepper). Taste is similar to a prime beef steak. Medium spicy.
