We make our Chipotle Whiskey Beef jerky with hand cut slices of hickory smoked beef. Then we marinate the meat in a blend of locally distilled corn whiskey and a mildly sweet chipotle seasoning. This creates a unique sweet & spicy flavor profile. When you bite into Chipotle Whiskey Beef jerky you first taste hickory smoke beef, followed by mild sweetness and the mellow taste of Whiskey and finally the chipotle heat.
