    Smoked Salmon Teriyaki jerky made from hand-filleted, wild Coho Salmon. Soaked overnight in a traditional Native American brine and left to dry. The filets are then cold smoked for the unique Fruit and Alder wood smoked flavor, and then hot smoked to fully cook the salmon jerky.

    • Flavor – Sushi grade, wild caught Alaskan Salmon. Delicious with a pronounced teriyaki flavor!
